Shipping Policy

We will try and ensure all orders are processed and dispatched within 3 Business days where we have stock in our Warehouse. From time to time we may not have stock on hand and in these cases it is made very clear at time or purchase we are still awaiting stock. In these cases if you choose to continue with the Purchase we will advise you via email our estimated delivery date.

We will Send you any tracking numbers with the confirmation email once your product has been shipped

Shipping Times & Cost

We ship to Australia & NZ, Orders over $150 recieve free shipping to Australian Addresses.
We are still looking into the costs of shipping to NZ but assuming they are similar we will look at offering free shipping there too. We are also looking into setting up a NZ site where you can pay in NZD. We are still happy to take payment in NZD, But for right now we will have to put it through manually (Contact us for more details.)

If your order doesnt qualify for free shipping the price will be advised at checkout.

All items will be shipped in generic Boxes with Signed Aus Post and should arrive in (5-10 Business Days).
Obviously there may occasionally be delays due to Public Holidays, Busy Periods & whatever other reason Aus Post might have to delay it.
We Anticipate Orders to New Zealand will take (7-14 Business days)

We will look into other shipping options in the future.

Lost Shipments

Please ensure you contact us ASAP if you believe your shipment is lost. If Australia Post confirms that the parcel is lost, we will send out a replacement. All Shipments are sent with signature required. We make no guarantee in regards to claims that are made 30 days after the expected delivery date.

The same holds true for claims of damage during freight. They must be made ASAP within 30 days. Upon confirmation that AusPost takes responsibility for the damage and the damaged product has been returned to us. We will send out a replacement.

We Operate out of QLD and follow all local laws. As the legality of some of our products can vary a little state to state it is your responsibility to ensure you follow your own relevant local laws. We take no responsibility.

Shipments to NZ may incur additional GST, Duty & Customs fees. It is your responsibility to check this before purchase.
